We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, managing client communication, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee work delegation, ensure the success of client initiatives, and focus on building long-term relationships. Fluency in English is essential for engaging with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clear, positive, and fluent communication with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to delegate tasks and align client expectations.
• Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client requirements.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Provide regular reports and performance analysis on client campaigns and strategies.
• Act quickly to resolve client issues, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital marketing and client relationship management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) for engaging with international clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple clients and projects under pressure.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
